Searching for low-cost and enriching activities to enjoy with your little ones in Prague? Look no further! Libraries in Prague offer more than just books; they’re vibrant hubs of exploration and learning tailored to children. Here’s a closer look at some exceptional libraries where your kids can immerse themselves in reading, play, and even pick up English skills:

Crossroads-Křížovatka Centrum

Crossroads-Křížovatka Centrum:

Step into a world of imagination at Crossroads-Křížovatka Centrum, my personal favorite. Despite being a Christian library, it warmly welcomes visitors from all backgrounds. Every other Saturday, they host captivating story sessions for two age groups: 3-6-year-olds and 7-10-year-olds. But the fun doesn’t stop there! Midweek visits unveil a treasure trove of toys in their playroom, suitable for children up to 6 years old. And if you’re keen on enhancing your child’s English proficiency, they offer English classes for a nominal fee. Entry is free, with a small charge for the reading sessions, and you can even opt for an annual subscription to borrow up to six books at a time for six weeks!
