Folimanka water play
Step into a world of creativity and mechanics in Folimanka’s water games. Here, children play as engineers, managing mechanical devices to move water. With each turn and twist, they will see the magic of water flowing along the paths they have designed themselves. It is worth visiting because children will dive deep into their imaginations.
Don’t forget to pack a towel and change clothes if you plan on playing in the water playground.
Ice Skating
In the winter, the skate park transforms into an ice skating rink, and the food stand sells ice skates. You can bring your skates, but you will still have to pay an entrance fee of about 80 kroner. Throughout the complex, there are several aids available for children who want to learn to skate.
Skate Park
Rev up the fun all year round at the Skate Park! Whether your child prefers wheels on a bike, scooter, or skateboard, this is the ultimate playground for budding riders. Don’t forget safety first—helmets on, and let the adventure begin!
Sports Fields and Riding Trails
If your child likes to play ball, then this court is perfect for them. Additionally, the park was recently renovated and now features paths that are suitable for riding all types of equipment, including bicycles and skateboards.
Playground
A garden on the surface may look simple, but children will love playing in the sand games scattered throughout. Additionally, behind the garden, there is a small zipline.
But wait, there’s more! As you wander through the park, you’ll come across musical sculptures, a lovely fountain, and a meandering stream topped by a cool bridge.
Getting There:
Folimanka Park is located in Prague 2, just south of the city center. It’s easy to get to by tram or metro, so it’s a convenient option for families.
If you’re visiting in winter, dress warmly and bring ice skates if you want to skate.
Even though the park itself might not be the most beautiful, it’s a great place for families living in Prague. With its variety of activities and convenient location, Folimanka Park is sure to keep your kids entertained for a fun-filled day out!
