Personal Recommendation: I like this garden. It offers a royal atmosphere with lots of greenery and beauty. The garden is beautiful, and if you come between April and October, it is worth including in your trip, especially since the entrance to the park is free.
The Waldstein Garden, carefully designed geometrically, was created at the same time as the Wallenstein Palace, between 1623 and 1629. It is one of the most beautiful gardens that Prague has to offer. The garden has a royal atmosphere, with lots of greenery, peacocks, a huge fish pond, and statues. (map)

How to Get There?
You can reach the garden on foot after visiting Prague Castle or take the metro or tram to the Malostranská station, from where it’s a 2-minute walk to the garden.

Sala Terrena Gallery:
Enter the Sala Terrena, a decorated gallery that connects the palace to the gardens. You can see the paintings and decorative elements, which offer a glimpse into the opulence of the Baroque era.

Artificial Pond:
In the center of the garden, there is a large pond with fish and ducks. In the middle of the pond is an island with a statue of Hercules and four bronze statues.
Peacocks and statues:
Peacocks roam freely among the statues and gardens. Each statue tells a story, reflecting the rich cultural heritage of the garden. You will also see two albino peacocks.
Waldstein Palace:
The palace is a significant part of the garden’s landscape and adds to its historic charm.
